Bat-Sheva Tabakman is a dedicated Senior Associate Attorney with a strong track record of success in complex family law matters. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Sheva brings deep expertise and practical insight to every case. Her practice encompasses high-conflict divorces, complex property divisions, custody disputes, adoptions, grandparent rights, and post-divorce modifications.

Sheva is a seasoned litigator and skilled negotiator who advocates tenaciously for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom. She is frequently appointed by courts as an amicus or ad litem attorney to represent the interests of children—an honor that reflects the trust placed in her judgment and professionalism.

In addition to family law, Sheva assists clients with estate planning and probate matters, offering thoughtful legal guidance during some of life’s most challenging transitions. She is known for her problem-solving approach and for providing personalized, compassionate service to every client.

Prior to her legal career, Sheva worked in collegiate advising at Texas A&M University, where she gained invaluable experience counseling individuals through stressful and uncertain times. She later earned her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law and has since built a respected practice across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Sheva is actively involved in the legal and local community. She serves as a director for the Family Law Section of the Dallas County Bar Association, is a member of the prestigious Annette Stewart Inn of Court and is a proud Rotarian. She has also completed hundreds of hours of pro bono work, driven by a firm belief that everyone deserves strong legal representation.

Outside the office, Sheva enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new recipes, and speaking fluent Russian.
