Bat-Sheva Tabakman


Bat-Sheva Tabakman (“Sheva”) is an Associate Attorney with extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including high-conflict divorce, child custody disputes, adoptions, modifications, and complex property divisions. She also handles estate planning and probate matters. Sheva is an experienced litigator and skilled negotiator who strongly advocates for clients, both in and out of the courtroom.
Sheva attended the Texas A&M School of Law in Ft. Worth and began working with family law firms while in law school. Since graduating law school, Sheva has concentrated her practice on family law, as well as estate & probate matters in the DFW Metroplex. She has been lead counsel in numerous contested hearings and trials, and is an experienced courtroom lawyer. Sheva focuses on each client’s individual goals and ensures each client is always well-informed throughout their case.
Sheva is fluent in Russian. She has completed hundreds of hours of pro bono and volunteer work to help others in her community. In her free time, Sheva loves to travel with her husband and to learn new recipes.
