Adam L. Seidel has more than 20 years of trial experience as an assistant district attorney, and in private practice.

He has been peer-selected a Texas "Super Lawyer" every year since 2004. In Martindale-Hubble, he is peer-rated as "AV", which is the highest rating of legal ability and ethics. Mr. Seidel is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Over the years, he has been lead counsel in numerous jury trials, prosecuting and defending major criminal cases involving conspiracy, health care fraud, death penalty prosecution, and breaches of fiduciary duties including misapplication of fiduciary property.

He has been lead counsel in numerous divorce trials and hearings, involving the contested division of complex property interests, and highly contested child custody battles.

Mr. Seidel also represents individuals in governmental investigations brought by state and federal agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission. Recently, he successfully represented a Texas state legislator in connection with the Travis County investigation and prosecution of former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, for conspiring to illegally funnel corporate contributions to candidates for the Texas Legislature through the Republican National Committee.

In 2011, Mr. Seidel and a colleague represented two men injured during the police raid of the Rainbow Lounge in Ft. Worth, Texas. The Civil Rights/Excessive Force action against the City of Ft. Worth, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and several law enforcement officers was successfully settled in mediation, prior to the filing of a federal lawsuit.

2009 - Elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. Fellows of the Foundation are selected for their professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the State of Texas. The Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably-funded bar foundation in the country, and has distributed more than $11 million throughout Texas to assist nonprofit organizations with a wide range of justice-related programs and services.
